ALL INCLUSIVE:
minimum stay 7 days and include local wine, water, orangeade, coca-cola at the main meals plus use of a sunshade and two sun-loungers on the beach per room.

SPECIAL CONDITION FOR FAMILY:
Two children (0-15 yrs) at the price of one adult when sharing a room with parents, except August.

Prices are per person per day for a minimum stay of 3 days and include:
Full board with buffets at breakfast and salads buffets at the main meals, choice of two menus of meat and fish specialities, bicycles, use of the cabins on the beach where you can find amusement and school of dance, swimming pool, Hydromassage, Acquagym, fitness and baby sitter for children too. Parking.
Room with private services, phon, Tv-Sat, telephone, safe, taxes and service charge. Air conditioned in living room and room.
TRANSFER FROM/TO RIMINI AIRPORT INCLUDED !

REDUCTIONS:
children sharing in 3°/4° bed more in a room with two adults:
- From 0 to 2 yrs are free € 10,00.
- 2-8 yrs, -50%,
- 8-12 yrs, -30%.
- Third and fourth bed in a double room: 20% discount per day (Adults).
- Half board € 4,00 per person per day.
- Bed and breakfast: € 35,00 per person per day.

EXTRA CHARGES:
single room, € 6,00 per day.
Double room use for single room, 50% per day
* Holydays less 3 days 20% per person per day.
* The not taken meals will be not deduct, but is possible to ask lunch packet.

IMPORTANT:
the room has been being to disposition of our guests for the hours 12:00 of the day of arrival to the hours 10:00 of the day of departure, after such schedule you/he/she will be counted the whole day of permanence.
