The new amenities available to our guests are mainly four:
the fitness area, with its innovative "POWER PLATE": a vibrating plate which, with only 10 minutes work will have you recover muscular tune, and will have an antianxiety effect which you would not expect in such a short time. As we, at the Sea Lion, do not ask you to just believe us, we offer to all our guests the opportunity to test the equipment and verify personally the results, centimetre at hand.
Besides the Power Plate, a tapis roulant, a cycle and a multi-function equipment are available. These latter are fully free of charge; only a booking will be requested.
